To be eligible for a return or refund, please ensure:

• The item is unused and in its original packaging.
• You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation).
• Please note: Items damaged due to
  misuse or showing signs of wear are not eligible for return.

2. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
3. Credit: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Every TweezerX product is backed by a limited 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear. For warranty claims, please contact our support team.
